In 1997, Avalanche Heating and Air Conditioning was initially founded with the focus on residential heating and air conditioning customers. Business began to increase and by 2002, the new and current owner, Glenn Philman officially registered the company as Avalanche Air Conditioning & Heating, Inc., dba Avalanche Mechanical (herein referred to as Avalanche Mechanical or Company), with the State of Colorado. With Glenn’s previous commercial experience in California through his employment with The Trane Company, Avalanche Mechanical grew to a full service commercial and industrial mechanical contractor. Currently, we provide the repair and installation of heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and refrigeration (HVACR) equipment. We also install and service chillers, boilers, cooling towers, pipefitting, and large tonnage equipment.

Avalanche Mechanical is licensed and insured for the protection of our Customers who include, but are not limited to, apartment complexes, retirement communities, casinos, government entities, Commercial business locations, restaurants, and construction contractors. We are respected members of the Better Business Bureaus of Denver and Boulder, Colorado, members of the Apartment Association of Metro Denver, and registered with Dunn & Bradstreet.

Our office hours are 7:00 a.m. through 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, to answer all customer inquiries and service requests. However, our Service Technicians are available 24-hours a day, 7 days per week. With our professional, courteous and knowledgeable employees, Avalanche Mechanical is willing and able to handle all or our customers’ needs.
